Best Serviced Apartment in Hong Kong

Modern, clean, and stylish. Awesome harbor views for days. Complementary light breakfast and coffee/tea, and beer / wine and hors d'oeuvres at night. Amenities are great- stylish pool, gym, 25th floor open air “yo-garden.” Excellent location right next to Sai Wan Ho bus terminus and a short walk to MTR and numerous restaurants nearby. Quieter neighborhood, very peaceful. Vincent and the entire team are fantastic, attentive to guests’ needs and incredibly kind and welcoming. My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay upon arrival to Hong Kong.

The BEST place to stay in Hong Kong!

Lansen Place Waterfront Suites has exceptional staff and beautiful waterfront rooms overlooking Victoria Harbor. My family (husband and 15 month old son) stayed here for two months and are very sad to leave. The staff is extremely helpful and even willing to show us around the neighborhood on the first day. There is a beautiful park right next to the hotel and the area is stroller friendly, making it a great, safe place for families with little children. It's a quick walk to the MTR station and there's even a shuttle each morning to Taikoo for the guests who work there. Each morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast and every evening they provide happy hour drinks and snacks. It truly is exceptional. If you are looking for a hotel or serviced apartment, look no further.

Room tip: Don't miss out on the breakfast and happy hour drinks/snacks!

great service :)

Kind people, good facilities, nice simple food in the morning and beer and wine during the happy hour :) really loved the sparkling wine they provided
I stayed here for a month and i really enjoyed it.
Gonna stay here again when i go back to my country in 2026.

Very nice staff

The staff here is very polite, courteous and professional. I would like to mention Ray, Vic, Andrew and Mandy for all their effort and really appreciative of them. The view was also nice from my suite room. Also, they have nice comfortable bed.

Excellent stay, felt like home

Situated in a very nice neighbourhood on HK island, the stylish apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, nicely tiled floors, and spacious open-plan living areas. Guests can enjoy free internet access, a gym and free breakfast and afternoon snacks. The kitchen is well-equipped, and laundry facilities are available. With excellent transport links, including proximity to the Underground Station, it’s a convenient choice for both business and leisure travellers. Staff are friendly and very professional. Highly recommended.
