Front desk staff could be more friendly and helpful. The price is a real bargain. Front desk staff are not cheerful. Could be more proactive. Location is convenient. Environment at 2nd floor platform is fantastic. Room cleaning lady is kind and thoughtful.

Not all hotels are as clean as the one that me and my mom went to which made us felt glad and happy about it! The design of the hotel is really simple & clean,the windows were pretty wide and has a beautiful nice simple view with really tall buildings,we would definitely come back and check in again!

I cannot complain much for the price I was paying ($600 for two nights). Just cigarette smell was coming from the aircon occasionally during my stay, someone was definitely smoking in their room. I just wonder if the hotel could charge them as no credit card deposite was required.
Other than that, the staff members were friendly. The continental breakfast was free so nothing much to expect. The bed was too hard but I believe this is my personal preference.

I am writing to recommend iClub Mongkok Hotel and express my sincere thanks from the bottom of my heart to the last family stay with 97 years old pau pau right after her surgery discharge from the hospital. Due to home water leakage, we decided to arrange pau pay staying with the hotel for around a week. During the stay, from FO team to breakfast service staff as well as Concierge service staff all showed outstanding service and care & assistance to us which definitely wowed us and out of our expectation! There are so many small things touched us deeply: the FO arranged an upgrade of the room right after knowing a senior pau pau would stay and picked a quiet room far from lift; the HSKP team helped arrange more quilts for warmth; concierge staff provided assistance with our luggages & two wheelchairs when checking out in the early morning and even provided masks when it was a mess and we could not find the masks from the luggages; the concierge also arranged our car parking perfectly for sending and picking up pau pau; the breakfast team sisters greeted pau pau and provided warm suggestions on how to ease her stomach; and a lot of other touching moments and details all hotel team members created for us! Once again, thank you all from the bottom of my heart on behalf of all family members. Thanks for the best service provided and I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and families for the future stay! Stay healthy and all the best to you all! Cheers! Viv

Very new hotel, good service, nice house keeping, breakfast is good, clean, staff is helpful, small gym with washing machine, mac computer, but 2nd floor is very windy, corner room is excellent, face to harbour, 18 flat per floor.
