It is a pleasant garden but nothing wow about it. We meandered around the grounds, the planting is OK, however the vistas are not brilliant and the best part is the pond with a good variety of fish swimming around.

Entrance to Nan Lian Garden is free. Upon exit at MTR C2, there are signs to Nan Lian Garden. Just follow the sign and you won't get lost. It's just about 5 minute walk. Perfect Garden. The place is so peaceful, quite, and relaxing. If you have time when you are in Hong Kong, don't miss this place. It's worth the visit.

What a treasure this garden is - sandwiched between freeways and high rises it is a tranquil and beautiful oasis in busy Kowloon. Of course you can't miss the equally beautiful Chi Lin Nunnery as they are side by side. Easy to get to via MTR station Diamond Hill and a very close walk away. A lot of my HK friends didn't know about this garden and are off to see it!

Went here first thing in the morning (around 6-7am). Its a quite place and not hard to find. Its a typical Chinese garden with bonsai. For me the highlight of this garden is the Pavilion and the Zi Wu Bridge (the orange colored bridge).
Nothing so special BUT is a place of tranquility. This place is a nice one to visit and if you have spare time. Need not to worry, as the admission is free.

What a relaxing and tranquil way to end our stay in Hong Kong. Peaceful and beautifully landscaped gardens, really easy to locate from the MTR. Definitely worth a visit
