Excellent service! We stayed here for 2 nights, and we highly recommend this hotel. All the staff are accommodating. Neat and clean rooms, plus bonus, they have a very relaxing ambience bar on top of the hotel. Great experience! We will definitely book this again on our future trip.

We stayed for five nights in total and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
Everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble.
All the Staff are a credit to the hotel and ensured our stay from start to finish was amazing.
We were lucky enough to be staying in a suite and the view from 3003 was spectacular to say the least.
If staying on a lower floor, make sure you visit Sugar on the to enjoy the view.

We arrived very late at East but were warmly welcomed by the team. This is a spacious hotel with beautifully appointed rooms. The bedrooms are very modern ,clean and with lots of facilities including tea/coffee making and plenty of bathroom accessories.
The towels were soft ,fluffy and large as was the bed.
The rooftop bar is certainly one to go to for the glorious views. We only had breakfast there but it was an extensive spread and put us on for the day

-We stayed in the Urban View Suite with a city view and the Harbour view room, both were comfortable and relaxing.
-Good Location which is just 1 min to the MTR station and the shopping mall
-Sugar is a good place to have Happy Hour, suggest the outdoor area.
-We had our meal in Domain as well, a quiet place with a modern design and the food tasted good.
*Thanks for the warm hospitality from all friendly staff, especially Gary! I and my family had a wonderful time with East HK.
Hopefully can stay in the Harbour View Suite next time and have some fun in the pool.

Hotel was nice, bed was comfortable. Shopping mall was adjacent and great. Would not want the room I had if traveling w a friend - no privacy in shower!
Felt very safe in the hotel and it had everything I needed, including an electrical adapter.
