JUST ONE WORLD - AMAZING

Fantastic stay at East HK with family for weekend staycation.

Incredible welcome from the team especially Suki, Ada, Wayne, Vivian and Gary. Personalization of the room. Always someone ready to help.

Then the room... just incredible. comfortable, beautiful, refined and greatly designed with stunning Harbour View... Feel soooooo relaxing.

Sugar is a must visit place - nice drinks, service, and best shisha in town!

Thank you everyone for the warm hospitality and will be back soon!

Great service, great staff!

Stayed for 4 days, room is nice and clean. It got everything you need, one thing i like is they use filter tap water instead of bottles! And big shout out for Cynthia helping me with my day trip planning and Wincii for offering the room upgrade!!

Home away from home

I cannot remember how many times my husband and I have stayed at East. Each time the stay has been excellent and service is great.

I remember once I brought my mother along. She was not so mobile but the staff accommodated to her needs - even to the extent of getting her a shower chair.

Thank you Humphrey, Ericson, Wayne and Branton for once again making this stay at East truly feels like a home away from home for us.

One word - professional team leading by Celia Yip - Guest Experience Manager.

Excellent service, excellent people, I would recommend this hotel. Very well cleaned, breakfast excellent, Celia Yip and her team on very professional level. Always smiling, helpful and supporting. everything on high professional level.

Great location, good value and amazing service.

I've stayed at the EAST hotel for several times now and it is by far, my favourite hotel. It is conveniently located right next to Tai Koo MTR station (about 15 minutes travel to Central) and a large shopping mall with all the conveniences.

I love its modern design in the heart of a bustling neighbourhood with local eateries just around the corner. The service is excellent and, I would say, on par with the leading 5 star hotels in Hong Kong.

Room tip: The bathroom is open concept. May not be convenient if you are sharing the room with friends or family and privacy is a concern.
