I cannot remember how many times my husband and I have stayed at East. Each time the stay has been excellent and service is great.
I remember once I brought my mother along. She was not so mobile but the staff accommodated to her needs - even to the extent of getting her a shower chair.

I've stayed at the EAST hotel for several times now and it is by far, my favourite hotel. It is conveniently located right next to Tai Koo MTR station (about 15 minutes travel to Central) and a large shopping mall with all the conveniences.
I love its modern design in the heart of a bustling neighbourhood with local eateries just around the corner. The service is excellent and, I would say, on par with the leading 5 star hotels in Hong Kong.

We recently stayed at the East Hotel on a business trip. The staff at reception were very lovely and most helpful and all staff acknowledged out presence during any contact. We have stayed at East for over a decade quite for business it is a extremely well placed hotel for that area - close to a huge shopping centre, and MRT with many places to eat.
The room is very comfortable and has everything required for a comfortable stay.

We choose this hotel as we were after a hotel that was in a less touristy area- and EAST fitted the bill perfectly.
We had a great corner room with both city & part harbour view on the 26th floor.
The mall next door was a lot bigger than expected & had direct access from the hotel.
Breakfast was okay.
We had drinks at the bar at the top of the hotel & we really enjoyed the atmosphere, drinks menu & service.
