This is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms with spectacular views to the harbour. Nice and varied buffet-restaurant. Very convenient location for shopping at the mall nearby. Helpfull and friendly staff.

Awesome modern hotel at a convenient location. MTR station and large shopping centre next door. There’s a quick access to the shopping centre through 1st floor cafe.
Stayed here for 6 nights during Dec 2023 (first visit). Hotel rooms are large for HK hotels. Excellent amenities and modern decor, there was an adapter provided in the room plus various usb ports in the room.
Turbo Panasonic hairdryer provided was very handy for drying long hair. Filter water on tap was provided for drinking, great for the environment.
Will definitely stay here again next year.
Service was excellent from both reception, housekeeping and concierge staff. Had daily buffet breakfast as part of hotel package. They had both western and Chinese selections plus coffee and various herbal tea choices.

Stylish, modern, with stunning views, comfortable and very comfortable. East hotel has been a real discovery, a pleasant surprise, which I would definitely recommend.
I would like to highlight the great welcome of all the staff and especially Enrique Romera, who together with the Food & Beverage team brought us closer to Hong Kong gastronomy with international fusion.
Room tip: Don't forget to drink a coctail in Sugar rooftop and taste the Feast restaurant.

Surprising hotel with incredible views. Their reception staff were very friendly and prompt upon our arrival. The room had a modern and original decoration in keeping with the city and beautiful views of the bay, with huge windows. Its Sugar bar has incredible views, a place where you can have a drink in a relaxed way while watching the sunset. Their Feast restaurant with buffet for dinner was a gastronomic experience with spectacular dishes. Like the restaurant for breakfast, with lots of variety. Overall, it was an experience to repeat again and again.

Wonderful views, super comfortable hotel and rooms with a fantastic buffet, dedicated and special attention. Amazing rooftop bar where you can enjoy a fabulous sunset, surrounded by the city lights at night.
Accompanied with cocktails, sushi, and other Asian inspired bites. All this is well connected by subway stop and a shopping mall with direct access from the hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Hong Kong. From checkin to checkout we found the service extremely helpful and generous. We arrived early from our flight and were given an early checkout and a typhoon had hit when we were checking out and trying to get to the airport.
They extended our stay and we were able to get a driver to get us to the airport so we were able to make a flight.
The daily breakfast was generous and we found a good variety of food every morning. Drinks at the sugar rooftop bar. We were hosted by the bar manager every night, Lena was always attentive and again a great host.
The corner room was incredibly spacious with awsome view of Victoria harbour.
Tip:
Get a corner room if you can.
