Good location for the airport bus and MTR, both about 3 minutes away. Rooms were clean but the beds were hard and sound proofing non-existent be it to street noise or next door neighbours. The ground floor room were next to the staff common room and the noise from their chatting and the smells from their food were particularly intrusive. The front desk staff was devoid of warmth and barely seem to give the impression that guests were troubling them when asking for help. Suggest an alternative if budget allows.

Stayed here for 4 nights and were so lucky that we’ve chosen this hotel. Its very close to the market, mrt and bonus close to jollibee😍. This is good for people who’s on the budget..
One thing Ive appreciated most was everyday they replaced the beddings and toiletries.. thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed in this hotel for a few nights during a short stay in Hong Kong; on arrival with a large amount of luggage and a baby and a toddler (who were both in pushchairs) we were left feeling disappointed with not being offered any assistance whatsoever in getting both our luggage and children up the steep flight of stairs to the main reception lobby area.

After struggling desperately to ensure that all of our belongings were safely stowed in the reception area we checked in. On checking in we noticed that our suitcase lock had malfunctioned so we asked at the reception for assistance with opening our suitcase. The lady at the reception desk promptly asked a maintenance employee to assist us and our case was opened promptly, resolving the issue! We thanked the employee and the lady at the reception desk for assisting us.

Then it was onwards up to the room which we would be staying in; the room was located on the second floor and we had to use the lift.

We were left feeling impressed overall with the quality of the accommodation; the wallpaper and internal fixings did however look rather tired and neglected. However all areas were clean and the room itself and bathroom area were all of a decent size; a positive point (especially for Mong Kok accommodation which I am told can often be very cramped).

There were however some disappointing factors; some of which the hotel could resolve and others which it could not.

The area where the hotel is situated is extremely busy; being directly adjacent to the local bus terminal come the early hours of the morning it was common to hear the sounds of engines below along with the shouting of bus drivers throughout the night!
An issue which the hotel could not reasonably be expected to resolve however an issue which could be made less noticeable with the implementation of thicker window glass to reduce noise etc. Unfortunately the hotel beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on; the mattresses were extremely hard, it felt like sleeping on a solid wooden board and left us with a bad back after a few nights of sleeping on them.

Another disappointing factor was the unavailability of a cot for our young child; we were told that a cot was not available. Therefore on asking for some pillows to line the sides of the bed to reduct the chance of injury, we were told by the reception that there was a charge applicable to borrow extra pillows!

The check out process was fairly hassle free; however the hotel staff ensured that they thoroughly checked over the room before releasing our deposit.

A factor which irritated us on checkout however was the hotel receptionist's unwillingness to phone a taxi to take us from the airport; the receptionist initially insisted that we leave the hotel and go onto the street to hail a taxi! However on explaining that we did not speak Chinese and would find it hard to explain to a local taxi driver, grudgingly the receptionist obliged and called a taxi to collect us.

So in summary good place to stay overall for the convenience factor (close to the local Mong Kok MRT station); but it is worthy of bearing in mind that the hotel is not family friendly.

Located near Cordis Hotel, and across the street from Woman Street night market. This hotel is at a great location. MTR Mongkok is also 5 mins walk away.

Just next door is a Cha Chan Teng aka Bistro of HK, serving great looking food. Did no treat the food, but saw it constantly full every night.

Bus 33 from Airport also land you 3 streets away, which is about 10mins walk, which is not too bad. The return trip bus stop is just 3 mins away.

Lots of food and also 7-11 nearby so no issue with eating. There is a dim sum place right across and also three roast shops within walking distance. A morning wet market is just behind.

The room is small but cosy, everything was in order. 2 short steps up to the receptions, so not for those with seniors or very heavy luggage.

The hotel is very near Mongkok exit and Langham Mall.

Hotel has limited amenities.
I asked for extra luggage rack, they are not able to provide.

After the aircon was on whole night, next day morning it was dripping water.
