Great counter and housekeeping staff, location is good about 3-5 mins to MTR North Point Station (but need to use the stairs to the train platform, there is no escalator). Lots of eateries around the area though rather quiet at night as shops close early. Generally good value for money for a decent hotel stay.

We had a short yet fantastic stay at Hyatt Centric in North Point. The view over Victoria Harbour was beautiful, whether from our room, the swimming pool or the rooftop terrace.
On our departure day there was heavy rain and the hotel staff, Payton, kindly escorted us to the MTR station with his umbrella. Very good service with a genuine smile :)
Will definitely check in again in the future.

Lovely hotel with a very worthy roof restaurant ideal for aperitifs. The hotel is huge but still you can experience oriental peace and relaxation. Staff is attentive and kind. Very good price-quality ratio. Breakfast is stunning. Just go earlier to avoid the crowd.
