Great value and service

First time staying at this hotel for a staycation package (We miss Thailand). The front office host Pinky Cheung was really helpful and professional. Same for the restaurant staff Ricky at Crusie. The set dinner was more like HK style rather than Thai but overall was good. The view from Cruise is stunning.

Breakfast at Farmhouse has a great variety. Our massage therapists were very friendly and skilful. The housekeeping staff was efficient and polite when I requested for a bottle of water.

The room was clean but the coffee machine was not functioning well. And also a comment on the housekeeping line, guest relations line, and the Cruise line were very busy all the time. I had to call many times to have someone to answer my call.

Overall, it’s a good hotel and great value. Thank you.

Excellent service! Perfect location!

I have been frequently staying at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong in the past year and it has always been a great experience. It has the perfect location with mixture of local culture, great sea view, and modern design at doorstep. It is very convenient to take MTR, bus, or jump onto to ferry to Kowloon.
More importantly, the staff are super! Always home feeling service provided to me and makes my stay ver comfortable.
Cannot recommend more and I surely will come back again.

Friendly staff

We were greeted by Karen, one of the duty manager, who is professional and knowledgeable. Sharon at the club lounge is very friendly and thoughtful. She was able to arrange all the rooms on same floor and my family appreciated the arrangement. Brian in the Farmhouse is also friendly and helpful. We were then greeted by Kyle during check out at the lounge. We enjoyed our trip in this hotel and will come back in the future.

Housekeeping service is excellent!

Housekeeping service is excellent. Special compliment to 麗娥 and Amy. They are gem of Hyatt Centric! Please treasure their efforts!!!!!!!!

Amazing stay at the Hyatt centric

Outstanding hotel with such good restaurants and reasonable price. Cruise restaurant is at the rooftop with magnificent view. The farm restaurant is the restaurant for buffets and first time I see a hotel restaurant will give boxes and bags for you to bring food back to the room(breakfast buffets only).
I have been getting my room cleaned from the same hotel staff Apple Leung she does an amazing job and always have the best attitude and also always greet with a big smile.
Will definitely come back
