The food tour and cooking class is incredible. A great opportunity to learn some recipes (specially selected to be repeatable when back in the UK) and to try some incredible food.

The real highlight of the class is Bill, who took us on a great tour and answered any questions we had. He is clearly passionate about food and the city and it is lovely to be around him.

I would recommend signing up, and make sure you don’t make dinner plans because they’ll end up being cancelled on account of a full stomach!

We had such a great time with Bill at the Pots and Pans Cooking School. You must do this when in Hong Kong. Cooking in the professional kitchen was fun and we learned to make several delicious dishes. Bill helped us understand the history of the cuisine and each ingredient. We ate a huge meal and had lots of left overs to take back to our Airbnb. A wonderful day. Book it!

Bill is a fantastic teacher, giving great insight into the function of every ingredient. We loved his encouragement to be daring, and to cook according to your taste buds, rather than to a strict recipe. The pace was great, affording the opportunity to ask questions and to really learn about the food we were making. Our only criticism? We were so FULL!
