The food is great, and service is considerate.
It has been sometime i didnt visit Hyatt in HKG and those few days I returned HKG to celebrate birthday with my family, so I would like to stay in Hyatt again, and the service level is maintained and even exceed customers' expectation

We visited last year and stayed at Hyatt Regency TST for a short stop before our trip to Japan. We loved it so much the teenage kids asked to return this year for a longer stay. We got globalist room upgrade to very nice connecting corner rooms with a powerful rain shower and large tub, big enough for a 6-foot person to enjoy. We love the club lounge view and delicious food, with fresh fruits and more. The breakfast buffet in the Cafe had a large spread of quality selection. We used the gym everyday and it had all the equipment we needed without being crowded. Location is very ideal. Best of all, the staff is very attentive and accommodating. Overall, this is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong.

Excellent location! Above a vibrant K11 mall with MTR. Location is perfect. We were upgraded to harbor view room, which was clean and spacious. I did not try the restaurants in the hotel. But with our Hyatt globalist status, we were able to enjoy breakfast at the lounge with the harbor view. The hotel staff were gracious and kind. I am especially impressed by Marco Lee, the concierge, he's been so helpful and kind to my elderly mother. He always went above and beyond to help us with directions and transportation around the city. Every staff at Hyatt was so helpful and kind. We definitely would recommend a stay at this 5+ hotel!

Amazing hotel with the upmost friendly staff. I love staying at this hotel every time I visit Hong Kong as I can count on its convenient location (with easy access to shopping, eatery and public transportation).
Beside its location, the staff has lived up to Hyatt Regency brand as they are always welcoming us with warm greetings, fast response to any of my requests and being helpful when I have any questions. On daily bases, I have access to 2 bottles of water delivered to my room and amenities refilled. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. By the way, the bed is also very comfy, I generally sleep well.
I like their Cafe buffet breakfast because it offers international flare menu and plenty of fresh juice. Absolutely love it. It is not free but worth the splurge.

Overall the staff at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui seemed unaware of the benefits that should be afforded Guests of Honor. Although upgraded rooms were provided for the majority of the four rooms that I booked as Guests of Honor, there was significant resistance when I informed the staff that my guests should be provided a standard suite upgrade, if available.
In addition, I was shocked at the lack of effort by the staff or, rather, unwillingness to accommodate us as we attempted to eat together on the first evening of our stay. We checked in late after a long flight and the Regency Lounge just closed and no nearby places were offering dine-in opportunities. As we booked five rooms for 15 guests, including elderly and young, I was hoping that the Hyatt Regency would be able to offer some shared space that we could use to gather and eat together. Instead, we were promised a small, outlying space by one staff member only to have it rejected by another moments later. We ended up jamming all fifteen guests into one of our cramped rooms and hurriedly woofed down our food while whispering as we tried in vain not to disturb the adjacent room's guests.
I bumped the property rating up one star based on good location and ease of access from public transportation. But, otherwise, the service or lack thereof from this Hyatt property was shocking, especially in light of my other Hyatt Globalist stays on this trip in Bangkok and Koh Samui, Thailand.
