· Very nice lobby and super friendly staff. Good area with many restaurants and markets around. Very close to the Metro, only a 2 minutes walk.

· The Economy rooms are super small. We made a 3 weeks China trip and had a problem to find places for the luggage. The aircon in the first night blowed only very cold air in the room. After we told it at the reception, they "repaired" it - with the result that now only came too warm air. At the end we got an upgrade to another room, where the aircon worked perfect and the room had a good size - but was amazing loud in the night. This is a 4* hotel but only has single glass windows with no noise reduction and when there is a hospital nearby and the ambulances come and leave very noisy, it´s not a good sleep.

Mattress was hard, as usual in China.

First we thought that the hotel provides no tea, coffee and kettle. When we left the first room and checked the drawers we found tea and a kettle, no coffee. We had no chance to look in the drawers, because the tiny rooms was full with our luggage so we can´t open the drawers.

Also they have no smoking area. If you want to smoke you have to go to a place infront of the hotel area - but there is no ashtray or bin, so it´s full of empty beer cans and butts. Looks bad.

Room Tip: If you have more luggage than a small bag avoid the economic room

Although it is located at a good location. However this time round after renovation, rooms were smaller. Water tap was spoilt. Got to turn to extreme right which is meant for cold water for the hot water instead.

Room was spacious as we stay in Family Quad. Service staff at reception is okay but the cafe service staff generally was not good except for Jacob who is willing to go extra miles. Lady Security guard keep on staring while we waiting for our driver which doesn't feel good. But would definitely stay again if travel to HK.

Had some minor problems.- Front deskCould not stay near by my father's room.The lady could not find my friend's information.- Room cleaning.Don't know the reason but the lady didn't replace the bath towel.Everyday with the same towel.- Room serviceOne lady came to my room bringing something that I didn't request. It was almost 1am and I was sleeping. - Mobile phoneSomehow the phone didn't connect to the internet. Could not use it at all.

Stayed for 2 nights for a work trip and was awoken to the sound of heavy building work the first morning causing me to lose sleep and be late for a very, very important meeting. On check in no mention was made regarding the massive building project. This is very poor management from the hotel. When I complained the staff were nonchalant at best and I found them to be average as a whole.The hotel is clean and well located. My praise stops there!Such a shame as I'm a regular visitor to HK but will be returning in a few weeks and have booked the Eaton whereby I am very well looked after and the staff are receptive of any issues incountered.
