This is the most impressive staycation I had recently especially it’s for my birthday celebration. Your outstanding service made me a remarkable and memorable stay.

I wanna take this opportunity to show my appreciation to Sammy Yick (Staycation arrangement), Sandy (Check-in arrangement) and Eddie Leung (Check-out arrangement) for their excellent service during my stay. Sammy arranged me a fantastic room and birthday cake for me, Sandy guided me to the spa and arrange other facilities when I’m waiting the room, Eddie helped me to store my luggage and arranged my dinner in Sing Yin. All of them provided impressive service in a superb polite manner especially during this peak season. I was very impressed by the birthday cake too, delicious and very “IG”able. I look forward to coming back again in the future.

The service at the Hotel is exceptional . Notably , staff at the Kitchen and the check up are very friendly and helpful, such as Yenny, Brian, just to name a few. All my family members have had very good experience. In fact, their kindness and willingness to help stand out from a lot of hotels.

第二次黎Kitchen 食自助餐，今次一行7大1細同家人食生日飯，食物質素同環境都好，可惜2次都無長腳蟹，有少少失望。但員工服務態度良好 one of the staff Yenny is very helpful and cheerful, really enjoy the dinner as a birthday celebration for my family member here.
