This is a really nice place to Lodge whilst on business conference or even on a vacation. The interior decorations is splendid and the hotel room offer all you can ask for.
The attendants at the reception are very welcoming but cannot speak English.
The food is splendid. Breakfast was always a delight.
The picture below was taken in front of the hotel.
Splendid view.

Our one-week stay which was our first time in Beijing will be forever engraved in our memories with our famous guide Maria. We had visited many historic sites such as the Great Wall, the forbidenn city, the temple of heaven, the cloisonne of the Indians ... but also commercial places. She also accompanied us to the BLCU but also to the different restaurants in this beautiful city. It was Maria who looked for us and accompanied us to the airport. And I will not finish without mentioning the famous company HUAWEI and the nice work of our bus driver, the photographers and our teachers of Chinese language and culture. B.Diallo from Senegal!

This international conference center has about 12 floors of rooms, situated in the middle of College of Geosciences and near Beijing Language and Culture Univeristy, about 10 min walk to wudaoko metro station. It's fairly quiet in the surrounding area. Service is slightly disappointing. I complained about noise and they were willing to switch me to a smaller room only, as my room type was not available away from the noise. They admitted there was construction going on, and it was everyday from 8-11am. Secondly, the "chinese style rm" is really just a rm on the corner of the floor with really small windows, only about 12 inches wide, barely any light. It has some chinese decoration to distract from the lack of natural light. When I shared my disappointment it was brushed aside. Other rooms are fine.

Room tip: don't select "Chinese style" room. These rooms are on the corner of the floor but have virtually no windows, only about 12 inches wide.

Stayed here as part of a conference for 10 days. Location is away from main tourist sites but the subway is located near the hotel (less than 10min walk) and is relatively cheap to travel around Beijing. The rooms and hotel was clean. Its an interesting set up as you are located within the university campus so its great to see how he students live.
The staff were friendly, although English is not spoken by all the staff, but saying that I only knew very basic Mandarin so this encouraged me to learn the language. Good hotel for my stay, but if you are a tourist then yep, its a bit out of the centre but I had no issue visiting the forbidden city via the subway. The subway is easy to navigate.
Breakfast was good and plentiful.
