If you are stressed or tired from all the walking you did, it's a really nice way to relax at the Cat Cafe in Myeongdong. You can play with the cats while drinking your favorite beverage. Prices of the drinks is 7-8,000 won if I'm not mistaken.

My daughter and I are crazy catlovers with one cat at home. We are missing him since we're travelling. We found this cat cafe on Trip Advisor and we highly recommend it.
Look for a human dressed as a cat on the street and you will find the place. It's on the 3rd floor of a small building.
It cost KRW9000 to enter, with a hot/cold drink included. There's no time limit and you can stay as long as you like. We found many different breeds of cats. They were playful, some sleeping, some checking out the humans, and most of them show interest in interacting.
I highly recommend the hot honey citron tea. Great taste with generous serve of citron in the tea. Cat food cost KRW2000. Would greatly enhance the cats' interest in you if you've got something yummy to offer.
The 2 staff on duty were friendly and spoke English. It was a relaxing environment away from the shopping frenzy of Myeongdong. We loved the experience.

Daughter loves cats so she is back to this cafe in Myeongdong.
You can easily spot the cat outfit mascot promoter on the streets distributing pamphlets. Ask them for the direction. It is near the Evisu boutique.
The cats are superb cute. They are free to roam around the cafe. Some slept on the counter.
The cafe is strict that you have to take off your shoes and change into their slippers at the entrance before entering to pay for the visit.
The cost per visit is about 9000 won for a drink, no limit on time stay. The staff will give u plastic bags to put your bags and others items so that the cat will not rumble through it.
They will also warn you which are the cats that are too fat and cannot be fed. Yes, you can pay a fee to get food from the counter to feed the cat.
On the day we visit, most cats are sleeping and Not very active as it is winter cold.
Enjoyable stay if you want to get out of cold for a rest and therapeutic relax with cats.

This cat cafe is a nice quiet spot to enjoy some coffee away from the hectic shopping area of Myeongdong. 9000W included a drink and unlimited time in the cafe. It was nice to take a break from shopping and relaxing with the cats. All the cats were very friendly and took well to petting. It was very clean inside and there wasn't much cat hair at all. I really liked it, it was a very relaxing environment. The coffee wasn't especially good, but the atmosphere was excellent.
