It starts on the local market, where you learn what is typically sold there. Chris explains with perfect English, what is what and you can even taste the ingredients from the stall.
Then you move to an almost professional kitchen where the rest of ingredients are waiting for you already prepared. Chris guides you through all the steps to get perfect bulgogi and japchae. Unexpectedly we got a bonus as 2 additional dishes of pajeon and tofu salad.
The grande finale is eating all you have cooked. I am not going to reveal all the details, not to spoil the surprise and smile on your face.
