I stayed at the Cove Resort for a couple of nights, prior to a liveaboard trip. The rooms were spacious and clean with balconies overlooking the pool, and they provided bottled water and even a much handy drying rack. The pool was attractive and clean and virtually unused. The restaurant provided a buffet breakfast with a good assortment from which to choose and made-to-order eggs. It was open again at 4 for drinks/snacks/dinner. Everything was hot and tasty.
The staff at The Cove was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. The standout was Princess at the front desk, who helped me many times! Much appreciated.
I’ll definitely be back. I’ve stayed at PPR before (which is also nice) but elected to stay at the Cove this time due to its location. It’s super convenient to boarding the liveaboards, going into Koror town, and having a much-needed massage after long days of traveling.
My only suggestion for the hotel would be to provide a “bottle filling station” in the lobby so we could refill out water bottles without having to use so much plastic. The bar was available to fill them with purified water, but it would be much easier to have a self-fill station.
