We spent a quick overnight at this facilty on our way to Peleliu the next day. The hotel was adequate. The room decor was okay - looked a lot like it was from the 1950’s - it was clean but not the best. The window had bars on it and our “patio” view was of the razor wire guarding some construction scaffolding next door. I would have appreciated a hair dryer in the room but there wasn’t one available. The ice machine was broken but there was some ice available in a cooler right next to it. There is an elevator for luggage since the reception desk is one floor up from ground level. There is a convenience store on the street level and the hotel is above it. Make no mistake - this is a “bare bones” hotel and if that’s all a visitor is looking for it will be okay. Some visitors to Koror may be there strictly to scuba dive and not care too much about where they stay. If that is you then this may be the spot for you. As for me, I will be perfectly okay not stay here again.

Small hotel, room simply, because in central, view not nice. You must go from ground to the first floor where reception is, not elevator (only for bags) this is not e problem, for somebody can be.Rooms are not small, simply equipped. We did not have problem wit air condition, but my friends in another two rooms yes. Personal friendly. WIFI not a free, you must buy 100MB / 10USD, better buy local sim (3GB for 45USD). Downstairs there is a "supermarket", with parking place, crossing this is restaurant/coffe and another shop. To the centr is 10 min by walk - take right from hotel to the main street (50m) then right then straight (after 50m is Shell gas station you cen rent a car -inside is HERTZ, after 500m there is small shop with yellow balustrade on left side-you can buy local sim there). For us suitable hotel-only diving all the days-Fish and fins base 10min by walk.

OK, this was what we wanted....cheap on Palau. However, the pay-internet scheme is baloney.....that alone would have had us not use this hotel. The room is minimal....the bed was almost too hard to sleep on......but there is a balcony.....above the prison-style rolls of barbed wire.....the air conditioning was functional but with huge ice spot directly on the bed......staff were very nice....free water when you check in if you ask, then $1.50/bottle afterwards....weird.....they did get us shuttles to the airport when we needed them though......odd baggage only elevator.....and trying to find the entrance to this place by yourself would take some doing....there is a large convenience store next door and a huge Chinese restaurant across the street.
