Mark and Joy made our Palau trip special
It was a great decision to spend our holiday in Palau - a paradise on Earth and to stay at Palau hotel. Palau has everything for a comfortable stay in Palau. The location is perfect. The design is interestingly related to Palau. Mark and Joy are always so nice, helpful and accommodating. We wish we could come back to Palau and stay here again! Highly recommend everyone to visit Palau and stay at this hotel.

This place is a gem. We needed a place to stay in Palau before and after a scuba cruise. My wife prefers 5-star posh resorts, but we decided to save some money by staying at a more inexpensive hotel. The Palau Hotel is a very clean, safe, pleasant, and enjoyable place to stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable, air conditioning effective, showers wonderful. There is a security guard in the lobby overnight. There are two grocery stores within a stone's throw. Numerous restaurants are nearby. You can't go wrong staying at Palau Hotel.

Staff: professional, kind, warm, and helpful. There was always staff at the front desk to make recommendations or lend a helping hand.
Room: very clean, cold A/C, nice bathroom/ shower. Large TV with many channels. Free water bottles. WiFi.

I stayed at 2 hotels while staying in koror and I would definitely go with this one. Central location and helpful staff alone Made it worth it.
I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was greeted by name everytime I walked through the door. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated. Everything is spotlessly clean and the lobby always smelled nice when you walked in. It is a short walk to restaurants, shops, ATM, etc. All the activities I did, offered pick up from the hotel. The staff were very helpful helping me find something to do for the 2 days I didn't have diving planned. Due to Covid, there was not many available options but the persevered and I had something to do every day. If you want a clean central location with exceptional staff to use as a base for activities you can't go wrong.
We had a wonderful stay at Palau Hotel. The staff were very nice, helpful and service-minded. The rooms are a bit small but were clean and are similar to the pictures. We were also very satisfied with the breakfast which contained a good selection of fruit, omelette, vegetables, noodles and more.
The view is facing the shopping centre, but the hotel is very centrally located so you get everything you need within a few meters distance. Would recommend the Taiwanese cafe right next door for frappe or sweets. And Coffee Berry (two minutes away) is a good place for coffee and work.
Overall I am very happy with our stay and the people who work there are sweet and helpful.

Hotel is great! First, Mark and Jan were the best. They not only helped with all hotel questions, but they also helped me arrange tours, which was very important as this was difficult since Palau recently eased tourism restrictions. They also helped me calculate best value and consider options I hadn’t, such as taking a very scenic flight above the islands. Hotel is immaculate and rivals name brand hotels. It looks modern! Everything was so clean and new. AC and hot water were functioning properly. Free bottled water, snacks, very delicious breakfast, and strong WiFi rounded off a great stay. Location couldn’t be better, as it’s close to restaurants and stores to stock up on food or anything forgotten, such as sunscreen, bug spray, food, and drinks. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It’s a great value and you can’t go wrong.
