Rooms were comfortable and clean. Very easy to get transportation to other places and the staff is incredibly helpful.

Don't be afraid to ask for recommendations for your trip. We asked for a nice experience for dinner and were directed to a delicious fish market restaurant by Mohamed Salih in the front desk. He even arranged our order and everything! Thank you!

ibis Abu Dhabi Gate sadly did not meet to expectations. Confusion at check in due to being told that my stay was not booked. I was requested to pay upfront for the night and the issue would be resolved by the next morning. The room fridge was not working but this was resolved after my 2nd mention at reception.

I didn't like bathroom. There is no space in shower enclosure. Room size is also less. Far away from downtown. Breakfast is ok. There are two restaurants, one is Belgian and another is Italian. I didn't tried anyone and opted to order from Zomato. Overall an average hotel. Not suitable for family and couple due to room and bathroom size.

The built and size of the room/bathroom, including the room design, furniture and appliances, conform to the international brand standards of Ibis, being a budget-friendly hotel brand. The size and images of the room are also available on all booking portals to ensure that potential bookers would know the room/bathroom size and design well in advance.
Alternatively, we do have our higher room category which is one bedroom apartment which offers a more space with fully equipped kitchen and living room area, for your consideration on your next visit. You may also book our other 4-star property, Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate Hotel which offers an upscale room.
On a positive note, we are pleased you found the breakfast good.

It’s quite complicated regarding my room booking which was done from my company, but Miss Su Mon handled and explained it very nicely. She was extended the room timing until evening by paying extra but even that pay I got vouchers that is more than the value of my pay. Thanks to Su Mon for helping and guiding very well.

Room tip: Be careful regarding booking looks they changed some terms and conditions

It was Great one night stay . Polite bellboy and receptionist in this hotel i forgot her name from Philippines.
Gave us a huge room with a kitchen, dining table , nice bed room . As i requested upon reservation with nice view from top was granted. So we enjoyed the city view . All in all was great stay in this hotel.
