Poor customer care

Made reservations for a certain room. It was not available when I arrived. Was offered a different room at a neighboring hotel that was worse than the original room. Did not feel like my needs as a customer were respected this visit. Usually the Shang-ri la brand offers better service. Not happy with this stay at Traders.

Mustafa staff amazing

Mustafa was super helpful! Always made sure I had enough water and also that I didn’t forget to put the dnd off when I left for work so they could clean. Also good location lots around even a supermarket 5 mins walk

Brilliant stay, incredibly welcoming

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, special mention to Isabel on the reception desk. She remembered our room number every time we had a query and offered lots of good useful information, always with a smile. The room was spacious and provided a great wide ranging selection of amenities, including a fruit bowl. Lovely view from the balcony. The beach area is perfect for relaxing. Would 100% return to this hotel. 10/10

Time to relax and unwind….

We enjoyed a relaxing stay and were made to feel very welcome at all times. I would like to highlight the excellent housekeeping staff, nothing was ever too much trouble. I received outstanding service when dealing with lost property, prompting the safe return of my wrap!

Room tip: The hotel bar has a happy hour each evening.

Fantastic hotel

Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Food is delicious. Walk out of the hotel right onto the beach. Cool box and bottles of water all day long. All the staff are so helpful. Isabel on reception, San in the bar made us feel so welcome. The best of all though is Almaine and crew in the Traders lounge. The food is amazing, Almaine thoroughly spoiled us. He treat us like royalty. He could not have done anymore to make our holiday the best experience ever
