Had dinner here for the first time last night.
Staff were attentive and efficient.
The usual selection of wines were on the list, plus some more special bottles.
The starters arrived promptly; Calamari and Vietnamese spring rolls. They were equally good, well spiced and cooked.
Mains consisted of prawn curry, tenderloin, and a side of wok vegetables. The beef was delicious and the vegetables lovely, my wife found the curry slightly too spicy for her liking, but did enjoy the meal.
Then came dessert;
I ordered chilli chocolate, i was presented with strawberry. Five minutes later a small cardboard box arrived with a dollop of frozen solid ice cream in the bottom.
The bit i could get was very nice, i just couldn't get that much of it.
This was a very poor end to the evening for me, my wifes dessert looked so much nicer.
All they had to do was let the ice cream warm up a bit, and put it into a bowl, and i would have been rating them as excellent, instead they get an average.
