From the used and empty personal lubricant bottle I found to the stains on the carpet, the lack of hairdryer or gym, the pervasive smell of cigarettes, or the construction that inexplicably needed to start at 10 PM and go well into the night, this is not a hotel I would ever return to. The staff was friendly, which is about the only thing the property has going for it.

Room Tip: A room on a higher floor might be better.

$4.00 for a Turkish coffee after lunch. Way over the top. The service here was not good. Young waiters were nonresponsive and the dining manager never smiled and seemed put out if you asked for anything. 3 Star tops.

we stayed for 2 nights during our tour of Jordan, large rooms, comfortable beds, lots of hot water, the breakfast were good, hot and cold options, and there is a bar. But it is very out of the way. Check in and out was fast and friendly especially considering our first night we didn't get there til after 1:00 in the morning.

This hotel is slightly off the beaten path, but its only 3 JD or less than $5 USD to go almost anywhere in central Amman. Because the name of the hotel has changed in recent years, have the Hotel manager write the directions in Arabic for your taxi driver.

Without traffic about 40 minutes to the airport

The breakfasts aren't lavish but there are numerous offerings and a chef preparing omelettes to order. I had 3 dinners there; on 2 occasions i enjoyed their Italian food and the third, middle eastern. Really impressive for a very inexpensive meal.
Don't let the empty dining room at dinner put you off-twice was the only diner but received excellent service.

We stayed 2 nights as we came for a tour around Jordan.... the hotel location is in a nice area and quiet. You need a taxi to travel to downtown..... rooms are clean and a good size however the AC of the room was not cooling properly and even we report there was no action taken. Breakfast, is their big weak point as if u come after the big groups u will not find much food left or any service given..... staff in reception are very helpful.
