Clean place, amazing staff, and good service. The rooms are somewhat luxurious and very comfortable. The view is good, would be better if they planted the parking with some trees. Overall, it’s a very good place to experience Amman.

The hotel is conveniently located in a zone with many restaurants and a super market. Staff at the reception are very kind and, apart from English, they speak Spanish. Room was very clean and comfy…..

During my extended 8-week stay at Ayass Hotel, I must express my disappointment regarding the absence of any upgrades throughout my visit.
To add to this, my room's view faced directly towards other rooms, depriving me of any sunlight throughout the day.
Additionally, the breakfast options remained unvaried and quite limited.
On a brighter note, the staff members were generally courteous and accommodating.
I will not back again.
