Stayed for 1 night in Amman and it was a lovely stay. Room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.
At check in I got annoyed as I was queuing and an Arabic man pushed in and no one said anything. Would have been nice for reception to tell him to wait.
A La carte restaurants all looked nice but we ate at a really nice Lebanese restaurant outside called Madjoline as we were in town.
Had a coffee and dessert in the coffee shop later. Little pricey which is why it was empty but nice.
Breakfast was pretty limited and for a 5 star I would have expected more variety. Tables kept wobbling.

Beautiful hotel; spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet room; extremely kind, attentive, and friendly staff. We were there over a week with two cats for part of the time, and the staff could not have been more gracious. We also enjoyed the restaurants—especially Tsuki—and the service there. The fitness center was spacious and the pool was also very nice. Highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is one of the best gaming I stayed at. Close to everything. Taksim is not the best area in Istanbul, but it has all one may need. Take the metro and go everywhere you wish.

Mohammed and Berta were on top of their game, they both provide the best

Upon my early arrival, they graciously extended an early check-in along with a complimentary upgrade to the Gold package, requiring only a half-day fee adjustment.
The staff proved exceptionally honest and hospitable. Raslan, the coffee maestro, treated us like cherished guests in his own home.
