From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt like we were at home.

They greeted us with complimentary drinks until they prepared our room. We had arrived earlier than check-in time, but they didn't let us wait too long.

The rooms are great — complimentary drinks and water each day, fast room service. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great especially after a long day of visiting touristic places. The beds were super comfortable, we didn't want to get up in the morning. But again, we did wake up refreshed and ready for more trips.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Colorful buffet, a variety of choices. I loved the croissants a lot, the fruit and choices of deserts is amazing both for dinner and breakfast. But my favorite of all was their Labneh. One of the yummiest Labneh's I've tasted. My mom makes Labneh at home, this was 99% the same thing. I highly recommend the Labneh here.

Great staff — very friendly, kind, and respectful. From the concierges to the bellboys to the receptionists, the waiters in the restaurant, the room servants. They greet you always and are ready to serve any time.

The décor is stunning. The lobby, the restaurant, the hallways, the rooms, everything is just beautiful.

We witnessed to weddings at the hotel lobby. It was a bit loud, but you can barely hear anything in the rooms.

The hotel faces the Joran University. There are many restaurants, cafés, famous fast food chains, and even pharmacies and stores right next to the hotel. There's an underground tunnel full of shops that can take you to the University side of the street.

If and when I visit Jordan again, I'll definitely stay in Gerasa Hotel again. This was one of the many memorable experiences we had in Jordan.

On the main road so if you get a room on front you won't sleep. Also they have weddings over many weekends which are so loud the music blasts into the bedrooms so again ask if there is a wedding when booking.

Room Tip: One on the back away from traffic.

This is a new hotel which is right opposite the university. It is on a main road but you can ask for a room at the back. The room was clean and the bathroom modern. The breakfast was nice and the staff very helpful. As a one night stopover this hotel was very good. There is a Starbucks next door and many other food chain restaurants if you want a quick meal or drink. The room we had was quite small, if you want to fit a child's bed in as well. The room was too hot and we couldn't work out how to make it cooler.

Room Tip: Beware you don't get one that smells of smoke.

This hotel has a good location in Amman. It is very near to a lot of restaurants, cafes and cake shops. And the major neighbor is Jordan University.
It can be reached easily by any taxi in Amman with low cost.
