Fantastic Hotel

Stayed 2 nights as part of a Tour group. I wish we had been able to stay longer. It is in a great location. The room was superb, spacious, with a lovely little balcony, good complimentary coffee, very comfortable beds, great aircon and bathroom. Lots of storage space, very clean.
The breakfast was superb. There is a great terrace bar, superb cocktails and snacks, and wonderful service. Very good value for money. The very best of the seven hotels we stayed in during our trip.

Amazing buffet croissants just the top of the top!!

Excellent Lodging in Bishkek

The Ambassador is a classic building in a great location, emphasizing great service, spacious rooms, and awesome breakfast. Their hotel staff, including at the restaurant and reception / front desk, show that excellent service is a top priority to the guests. Their reception / front desk personnel, including Nurai, went above and beyond, assisting with several transport questions and needs. Accolades to the Ambassador for such great professionals like Nurai.

Hello, my name is Ilmira Alpysbayeva. We are Canadians. I have a husband, three children, and I absolutely adored the hotel. The restaurant's manager, Zamir, was very kind and courteous, and the service was also top-notch. The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooms were always spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was also amazing and tasted very good. Eldar, the hotel's manager, was likewise incredibly polite and competent. Overall, my experience at the hotel was wonderful, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking for a place to stay in Bishkek—families or not.

Business trip to one of my favourite cities, Bishkek

From walking into reception without a booking on a Saturday morning in Aug-2022, I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the centre of the city in an area that affords access to a local green areas and wide roads which are pleasant for a safe evening walk. The rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant food is good. I was very pleased to be served food in my room one evening by Dilshat, who is one of the many friendly and efficient restaurant staff. I shall be very pleased to stay at the Ambassador hotel again.
