Firstly, the coffee at Just Coffee is excellent, the best of my 3 months in Central Asia for sure. They are a real Speciality Coffee shop, importing beans from roasteries in Novgorod and Almaty. The barista's that I met really know what they are doing and take pride in every brew. I had a very very good Colombian short black from their Simonelli, it was rich, intense and really tasty. The next day (and the day after!) I had a truly amazing Rwandan V60; perfectly balanced with complex flavours.

Coffee aside its a chilled and friendly place with a welcoming vibe, cosy decor and great music. I loved the collection of plants too. It instantly became my favorite hang out for my few days in Bishkek. The place to go for coffee in Bishkek!
