The spa is inside the Essence Hotel therefore its not easy to find if not staying in their hotel.. We finally chose the Mother Earth therapy and both of our therapists (Huong and Nga) are excellent with good massage skills.. Special thanks the reception staff Ms. Lily, she clearly explain us every item patiently with friendly smile... Definitely we will come back again!

Last minute decision to get a massage after a long flight for the USA to Hanoi. We went to get an appointment and they were able to get my friend and I 45 minutes later. I had a great rice and salt body scrub followed by a full body massage. Definitely helped me relax for a great nights sleep.
