When I walked in I was really surprised. I like the design here! Feeling very warm, close. Receptionist very enthusiastic. Although the hotel is a bit old but the service quality is good. Clean room. Fruits and free water are also abundant and replaced every day. The hotel is located in the old town so it is convenient for visitors. Beside hotel has a supermarket open 24/7. Supermarkets are full of utensils needed most. It takes 12 minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem lake and to souvenir shops. Like the Church of Hanoi. 8 minutes to enjoy at the famous coffee in Hanoi: Cộng cafe. You can also shop in the shops right on the street...
It's not a bad choice!

I have stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and I can say that it was an amazing time. The staff is very professional and very kind, they organize everthing for you. You can relax and enjoy the city as they take care of everything. They organize our trip to ha long bay, it was great!
The hotel is nearby all the main places to visit in hanoi, all at walking distance.
The room and the facilities are also great. The spa provides one of the best massages i have ever had.
Thanks for everything.

We stayed at O’Gallery for five nights, between overnight trips to Halong Bay Cruise. The hotel transported us to and from the airport .The staff also sorted our one night cruise at halong bay.We were picked up and dropped off.Our excess bags were stored at the hotel.Annie arranged a nice room for us and gave us good service. The rooms are very well decorated clean and cozy .The bathroom is big and very clean. Breakfast was not a big variety but good. Staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel very well situated in the old quarter .Walking distance to the night markets, lake ,shops ,spa and all the eating places. Roads are very busy .Just be careful. Would highly recommend this hotel for excellent service.

This boutique hotel was a great reprieve from scorching heat of Hanoi. The staff was always so eager to assist and so friendly. David gave us a briefing on the city and potential scans and even after 4 days still remembered our names. Situated within the Old Quarter, it is walking distance to many of the tourists sites including the Night market. It is possible to walk to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum but it is advisable to take a Grab or a taxi. The premium room looked like what was advertised and it was spacious enough for two people. The breakfast was simple with good variety. Will definitely recommend a stay here. The staff really make the effort to make your stay enjoyable.
