It was a delight to return to RWS after the rigours of the pandemic. Our stay was a balm to our soul and well-being. In all our travels, we have never experienced anywhere else the RWS level of hospitality, professional service, and respectful attentiveness. Cashii and the Reception team always make us feel like we are valued guests. Messrs K Sakorn and K Peter give supreme service in the Terrace dining area. We look forward to their friendly hospitality every morning, and we esteem how well they train the Graduates in their team. As always, K Tassanee and K Nathakarn set the highest example of gentle and professional Pool service. The housekeeping staff are committed to the RWS standard of cleanliness.nd we noticed how the Manager, T Sellier, continues to be a leader of the RWS team whom we respect: when there is work to be done, he helps his team to set up a venue or to serve customers. He sets the example of putting the guests first and of working together to ensure that RWS truly provides an experience of ultimate luxury. A final word: the Pool is the cleanest and one that never feels crowded.

From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like visiting royalty. The suites are beautiful and extremely spacious with everything you could possibly want. Breakfast in the morning was an absolute pleasure nothing was too much trouble. Once you had chosen your sun lounger it was reserved all day. Just the little touches of water fruit and cold flannels made relaxing by the stunning pool even more enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay again on our next trip to Thailand. Thank you Royal Wing for looking after us. Oh and dinner in the adjoining hotel by the water was delicious x

Paweena S. ( Exec. Housekeeper) was my favourite for her personalized service and attention in my Suite and also helped me with Laundry too , Chocolate Refills were deeply relished .

Would love to thank Tassanee ( Pool Restraunt Manager) for my breakfast requests, she was always prompt and immaculate in her service , Hosan Raj Giri the Indian Chef at Maharani Restraunt deserves Special Mention .
