Rachamankha is one of those stunning boutique hotels which are situated throughout Asia and are pretty dreamy. Don't think of it as having a rating. It's not set out to have a star rating and just is what it is.
The architecture, grounds and setting are by far its biggest asset. The rooms are comfortable and nice with high ceilings. The bathrooms are so so but functional.
The service is relaxed and you get what you ask for, but don't expect the Four Seasons when it comes to tentativeness. This isn't a 'resort style' in the city so don't try to make it one.
This is a hotel to come and relax, go with the flow and escape in. If you are used to branded hotels chains, staff at your feet and live in your room whilst staying then it's probably not the ideal place for you. More
