If you are considering a trip to Chiang Mai, consider a stay at the Ping Nakara. From the moment we checked in until well after we checked out the staff were wonderful.
The room was tastefully furnished, big and airy with a large balcony.
The breakfast spread initially looks slightly meagre, however we both walked away having eaten as well, if not better than we have in much larger hotels.
The food is lovely and not overly priced.
We will stay here again in the future...

Room tip: Try and get a room with a balcony that overlooks the pool.

What a wonderful hotel to stay at. Everything was perfect. The front desk was very attentive in meeting our needs. The restaurant serves excellent meals and great service. Our room was well appointed and the grounds are immaculate. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping our clean. The bellboys were respectful and courteous. The location is central to everything and within walking distance to the night bazaar and historic temples.
We highly recommend the hotel and plan to stay there again.

SO relaxing! Beautiful hotel and the staff were friendly and attentive. A sanctuary in Chiang Mai. Great breakfast made to order with continental buffet, had lunch there too with was good - especially the mango & sticky rice. Short walk to the night market and 10/15 mins walk to the old town. The hotel even gave us a lift in their vintage Mercedes when we checked out. I'd highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a relaxing couples stay away from it all.

Beautiful little hotel, fairly newly built but in a traditional style and done very well. Lovely pool, friendly staff, good breakfast. Great location too - only a couple of miles from the airport and close to night markets. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful holiday at this lovely resort. Excellent service by the staff. Mr. Noom the tour guide was very good too. He took us to some very good tourist spots and told us a lot about Thai history. I strongly recommend him to other tourists as well. Keep up the good work
