This hotel is not new and shiny although the rooms are well kept and very clean. It has character and feels like you’re in Thailand - which is what we look for. We had a corner room (1916) with 2 balconies, each one giving a different river perspective which was amazing! Watching the sunset was breathtaking. Room is big with a kitchen, washing machine and big bath tub. The bed is HUGE. The pool is also a lovely bonus. The area around the hotel is perfect. Too many cities have pushed out their residents but here you can still see daily life. The streets are lined with local businesses, it’s hustle bustle. Street food is excellent, Tops supermarket downstairs is so convenient too. We booked early so got a good rate.

Firstly the price for a family room with river view about 15,228.45 TB or €400 for 2 nights. No breakfast.We need a family room because we travel with our daughter. We had a special request with our booking, A room on a high floor. When we arrived we had to wait for the room to be checked. This despite us arriving at 4 pm two hours after check in. They offered us a room on 9th floor . The hotel starts on the 6th floor. Under that is parking and shops. So no high floor view. We asked for a higher floor. Offered one on the 16 the floor . However the view outside the window was a multistory car park and to the far left a bit of the river. We again asked about a room with river view just like we had, the three other times we stayed here. We were offered one but would have to pay for the upgrade. I paid as I wanted to sit on the balcony, take in the view as my wife attended a local clinic. People come to Thailand for value for money. That value for money is slipping away. Won't be coming back again to center point.

Room tip: Been to this hotel three times and everytime the room is not ready , even when we arrive late. We are told to wait while room is made ready

I have stayed around 20 nights here this year and am booked again for Jan 24. The location, rooms, housekeeping, security, value for money and amazing staff make this my favourite hotel. Rooms are spacious and include a clothes washer which is perfect for longer stays or for when I return from being out of the city for a few days. Great local feel to the neighbourhood with everything you need at your fingertips and close to transport links. Local food, western food, massage shops, coffee shops, bars and 7/11 all at your doorstep. I also must say that my interactions with staff are always professional, courteous and friendly. Special mention to Leo and Deaw who always make me feel very welcome and I'm looking forward to seeing them and the the rest of the team again when I return next month.

Stayed here in a one bed suite river facing room. Huge room with wrap round balcony with stunning river views.
Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and large bathroom. Huge bed in the bedroom. This is a very nice comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and the salt water pool on the 9th floor was large and warm.
Location is excellent with a station just across the road so transport to the airport was easy.
We really enjoyed our stay here and the balcony views were just stunning.
All staff were 1st class.
Highly recomend ++++

Room tip: Plenty of streetfood on your doorstep, 7/11 opposite, station across the road

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute delight, situated conveniently near the pier to Iconsiam with just a 5-minute sailing distance. The hospitality, exemplified by individuals like Tony and of course with the other staff, was unparalleled—their recommendations for dining in Nalin Kitchen (went 2x), shopping, and activities added a personal touch to our experience. The family room provided a perfect blend of comfort and style, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone.

Overall, a fantastic hotel that combines proximity to attractions with warm hospitality and excellent family accommodations. Tony’s recommendations truly made our stay memorable.
