A very nice family hotel in a great location. I stayed as a couple but loved the staff and location. From here the BTS train is easy to reach and also a great point to take various trips on the river. Will certainly return.

We stayed here at the start of our trip around. Was perfectly located for us with places to eat locally and shopping centre on our doorstep.
Leo was very welcoming and friendly smile every day.
Family room ideal for the five of us with comfy beds. Kids loved the pool after a busy day if sightseeing.
We never ate in the hotel only due to our busy schedule but the restaurant looked lovely.

For the price, I have rated this hotel above average. I was surprised by the size of the room and also the things that came with it. It provides proper kettle, utensils, refrigerator and even a microwave oven. It comes in handy for a late night snack after all the walkings in Bangkok.
The surrounding is not up market. However, if you search hard enough, there are two Michelin star stalls/restaurant - one is for porridge and the other one is for Pad Thai.
I also particularly like this hotel as it is close to the BTS station and also the Sathorn Pier. You can get free shuttle to Icon Siam and some other river malls from the pier. The pier is also good for boat ride to Wat Arun, the Palace and War Phao.
I will stay in this hotel again. Will try more street food the next round.
The buffet breakfast provided is only ok. If I stay the next round, I will skip the buffet breakfast but instead try some street food downstairs - there are plenty of noodle stalls.

Absolutely loved this hotel; and has recommended to all my friends.
The location is very convenient, right beside Saphan Taksin BTS station, the piers (for visiting temples) and the Bangrak Bazaar is practically at it's doorstep for the late night snack.
The room's FANTASTIC!!! I can't believe we had such a spacious room, comfortable beddings, nice river view and good wifi to top it off. The toilet seat is heated, a small luxury I enjoyed. All these, at a very reasonable price.
The hotel was running a promotion and offered me either food voucher at their inhouse restaurant or at Starbucks (in the adjacent Robinson Mall). We took the in-house voucher as we wanted to have breakfast there, but was told that the voucher can only be used from 11am onwards. Luckily the reception allowed an exchange to the Starbucks voucher.
Special kudos to the friendly porter at the lobby area. Not only did he take good care of my luggage (we went shopping after check-out), he was also very friendly and chatted with us about booking taxis to the airport. Apparently I had overpaid with my own booking of 900 THB, and could have gotten a better deal.

Hotel is in a good location near to a bts station and the pier as well. The facilities are decent enough and breakfast is good. Stayed for 3 breakfast and the mains are different. Right next to eateries and a shopping mall. Room is spacious though a bit dated. Stayed in family room so can bring back dinner and have it in the room. Staff is very friendly as well.
Room tip: Probably get higher floor and river view for better experince

Great service, very comfortable rooms. All of the staff were very friendly and breakfast Buffett was a life saver every single morning. The facilities are clean and the spa is amazing for massage, sauna, hot tub, lap pool, etc. thank you all so much!
