We stayed for 2 nights upon our arrival into Thailand. Staff and service were prompt and polite from start to finish. We had a large, clean room with a double jacuzzi bath - which was so nice! We also made use of the rooftop pool and bar during the day and nighttime. A short walk from a busy strip full of bars and food places and food stalls.
Could stay a lot cheaper in budget places, but for the first couple of nights in Thailand it was very pleasant!
Would recommend and stay again.

Nice hotel on walking distance of the city centre and kaoh san street with all the shops and bars. You can walk to the river for a ferry to go further south. Friendly staff, good bed and nice pool on the roof.

Stayed here for two nights after a week in Koh Tao. Rooms are very reasonably priced so splashed out on a premier deluxe room. It’s amazing! Jacuzzi in the room! Room is very big and clean. Breakfast is standard buffet, all good there. Staff are helpful. Just to note we requested a late checkout (and of course offered to pay) but were told no because the hotel is at full occupancy; this isn’t the case, I’ve checked online and there are rooms free. It’s a small thing though. Other than that excellent spot!

it was a good location in the city located by shops and not that far of a walk from the grand palace, if you can walk about 2 miles in extreme heat, the hotel itself was good, but honestly Bangkok was way to crowded and way to humid to do anything outside, the hotel is nice but is no where near luxury somewhat outdated but the jacuzzi tub in room way a plus, there were ants in our room but honestly there are bugs everywhere even in the most luxury hotels in Chiang Mai and Phuket, so no need to worry. if you want to stay in a place near tourist attractions this is the place but still overpriced.
