I stayed for a few nights, room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The price of the room was decent. It was quiet at night, their breakfast was good. Overall a good stay and I would recommend it to anyone!More

Looked nice on the outside, well lit, clean and well kept and the breakfast area looked nice but it was 2am and I couldn't wake the front desk clerk so I guess we will try elsewhere. ♀️

The staff here was very friendly. The hotel was clean. If you're a light sleeper ask to be on the other side of the hotel (it runs along the interstate). The building is old but has been relatively well cared for. The bonus is the microwave, coffee and fridge in the room. Beds were decent ---- kind of a strange mattress -- yet didn't prevent me from sleeping. The morning breakfast isn't anything fancy. Yet I like hotels that provide something. If I was going to be spending more time at the hotel possibly in the pool or with family, I may opt for a different location. All in all - it was a good experience,
This Econo Lodge is clean and fairly quiet. I've stayed here many times for business and intend to stay again. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are what you'd expect for a hotel in this class.
Was pleasantly surprised at how nice this property is. It seems to have recently been remodeled. The room was nice, clean and very large. excellent shower. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was nice and the usual fare.
I was with a community college football team and we stayed at the Econo Lodge in Ames and I really liked the hotel the one, thing I wish was the tv was more clear to see but that is ok stayed for one night, If I am in the area I would stay at the Econo Lodge in Ames again.
