Easy location to get to in a non-busy area of the city. The room was comfortable with a good desk area and a nice chair at the desk - which is important for a business traveler. Breakfast is nothing to write home about but the simple basic items are available at the complimentary breakfast, including waffles. There is a pool and exercise room. Room has a fridge and microwave. Only two complaints - the TV channel guide is not correct and finding a local TV station took forever. Second, the Wi-Fi is not good. Very slow, getting cut off and it's not a volume issue - it's noon and the parking lot is empty. Room is near the end of the hall so not sure if distance is a thing.....but very frustrating for things to be so slow - not good for videos, Netflix.

We recently stayed near the Campus of Iowa State University, very convenient and close to the campus The facility was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again when visiting in the future.
