Great stay / Dropped off son at ISU / AmericInn is near the Iowa State University and was close to restaurants and places to see. the staff was excellent and the room was clean. We had a great breakfast. My wife wants to stay there next time we visit our son at college

Needed a place to stay for half day, 1 night and morning for aIowa Games Competition. Great place to stay.
Pool and hot tub were up to standard and the kids really enjoyed them.
Good location with plenty of options for meals.
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast was Great! The rooms were comfortable and clean! Very impressed!! The outside of building was clean! Sanitizer in front lobby. Thank you Sandy Keely
This was a great place to stay. We were able to park our trailer out of the way but we were able to see it from our room. Everything was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay there when we come back.

Booked this place on a whim. Never had stayed at an Americinn before. We were there over NYE and it was not noisy at all. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Every staff member we encountered did a great job. Pool area was nice and clean. Hot tub was large. Covid precautions were in place and followed. It was decorated nice for Christmas. It was affordable. Breakfast had variety and they still served hot food even with Covid! (Yeah!). Would definitely stay at an Americinn again and especially this one.
Staff was really exceptional. Friendly, helpful and genuinely glad to see their guests. We stayed for several days waiting on our moving truck. Guest laundry was very clean and easy to get to. Breakfast was good, different main menu every day. Biscuits and gravy were THE best! Coffee was fresh and hot every morning. Pet friendly and plenty of room to walk Fido. Convenient to highway and to commerce park.
