Stayed here only over night. Wish it was longer. Amazingly comfortable beds, good location, everything was clean. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning people and the woman serving breakfast. Nice work out room and hot tub!
Only thing, I wish it was a better breakfast, just standard fair, no apples.

Raj rocks! Jacuzzi king suite the best ever so relaxing and kind of romantic too. Clean
and comfortable beds. Awesome staff. I'll be definitely staying here again. Jacuzzi tubs are pretty spacious they do have a pretty good continental breakfast.
Pros: Competitive price. Easy check in. Bed was fine.
Cons: Toilet was dirty when we checked in first night. Brown crud where seat attaches to bowl. Strike one. Called front desk in the morning, told them about the problem, asked to have housekeeping look at it. No apology from front desk guy. “Do you want them to come now?” he asked. Strike two. He said the room was already on their cleaning route. Came back to room later, toilet was still dirty. Strike three.
Cleanliness is the bare minimum I expect from a hotel. This one made a mistake, had a chance to fix it, and didn’t.
Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be coming back.
We apologize that the ball was dropped on this easy fix. We have spoken with the front desk and housekeeping so that they can better communicate in the future. Again we are extremely sorry that such an easy fix could have been avoided.

Rate was $69 for the night.
Arrived at to find out the clerk was on the phone with Priceline about the rate.
He kept saying his Rack rate was $99 and he could'nt honor it. I was saying that was between him and Priceline. He kept asking guy on phone what was their commission with Priceline. I said that was not my problem. He kept repeating his rack rate was $99. We cancelled our room and went down the road for $78 a night. Not customer friendly. Clerk was rude. You would have thought he would have honored for $30 bucks plus their taxes just to keep a customer happy. Not my Problem that someone authorized Priceline for same night stay of $69. Priceline did give us a full refund as it was prepay. I won't try to stay there.

This is a great place to say in Ames IA. Offering pet friendly rooms for our dog. Close to ISU, easy to find, great rooms, price is very reasonable, check in and check out were easy and quick. Staff was wonderful. Very clean rooms and hotel with plenty of parking that is well lit. If your looking for a nice hotel in Ames, I would recommend this hotel.
We stayed to visit our girls at ISU and watch a frisbee tournament. Desk Staff was friendly, nice to see a smile upon check in and out. The housekeepers do a good job and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was a nice breakfast with hot items so that made it better yet. Will stay again!
