Lovely property in an upscale location in Guatemala City. Modern design makes it great for a single traveler. Checkin is on the sixth floor and the sign is not super clear, but once you get it figured out it's very easy. Nice bar with a great patio and view.

Excellent staff, excellent facilities, super clean, incredible location, and must see views. If you’re wondering whether or not to book here, do it! My wife and I stayed 19 days here now and feel like a part of the family. They have self laundry facilities and respond quickly on the app. Breakfast is amazing and if you get the pleasure of having Lesly as your server, you’re in for a treat! She’s awesome and anticipates your needs. Can’t wait to be back
Rooms where great modern .Many restaurants and places to visit around the hotel. Breakfast is so good. People of this property are amazing service. Hotel is clean and in good condition. Make sure to go to the 6th floor by the restaurant to get a great view!We had the best time in Cayalá city.

Let’s get right to it: beautiful new hotel with everything just right on with its rooms and location. However strong suggestions:
1. Lobby on 6th floor a disaster-confusing and difficult. Heard other guests complaining.
2. Lobby reception employees borderline disinterested and rude.
3. Elevators to parking area signs confusing.
4. At my booking time over the phone, employee said park car outside entrance and then get card key and then park and then return again- lobby reception said differently. Employee at booking said I could possibly check in at 1 pm and reception said rooms not ready. The whole parking issue is a huge problem.
This hotel is located in an awesome area for a weekend stay. Lot's of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms aren't luxurious but very well done with amble outlets for chargers, clocks, amenities, etc. Typical European style. King bed is large with six pillows. AC was so powerful that for the first time I had to turn it to "low" to avoid freezing! English TV Channels limited but given the other benefits I could accept. I had a room with a balcony. I definitely recommend this for everyone...but don't expect an upgrade to one as there are few and they go quickly.
