Description: Tibby's is not just about what you see, but how it makes you feel. It's about expressing personality and character through food, music, art and heritage. It has the vibe of New Orleans funk in a very fun atmosphere. It is vibrant in expressions and true to its colors. It reflects a social gathering that feeds the soul. It is not the New Orleans you may have visited; it is the New Orleans that locals call home.

From the moment you enter this NOLA French Quarter themed space, you know you are in for a treat. The service is outstanding, the decor is amazing and their Food is the star of the show. Shrimp & Grits, Red Beans & Rice, Who Dat Chicken and Po'Boys will make you wish you had been coming here for years. Great selection of Abita Beers - like Purple Haze - and terrific mixed drinks get you ready for a great meal in a fun place.
Private dining room is available for parties too!

The ambience is fun and eclectic, the service was above average and my meal was very good. Ordered blackened chicken pasta with a side of fried gulf shrimp - delicious! If I'm in town again I'd love to return.

You've got to try the 12 Napkin Roast Beef Po-Boy (so called because you're going to need at least 12 napkins to wipe the gravy off your chin). An absolute overdose of tasty roast beed in gorgeous gravy. All served in a funky New Orleans themed cafe with a soundtrack of blues music. Eating doesn't get better than this.

My second time there, I went last week with my family while we were in the area waiting out the hurricane. My wife isn't much into Cajun food, but even she said it was the best Po' Boy sandwich she's ever had. Good service, to boot. Do yourself a favor if you're in the area: go give these guys a visit. You'll leave satiated and satisfied.

Trust me, they're only missing a star because I'm biased. New Orleans is where my heart beats its hardest.
Service: Now the service was wonderful. A little slow to take off but then it's great. C was great with hospitality, the Hurricane he suggested was great. And knowing the flaws of your establishment AND providing a solution, A+.
Food: The PoBoy(shrimp and crawfish) was delicious. Great job on the dressing. Though an option to mix instead of half and half would be awesome. And the little lady loved the wings. Beignets were delicious with enough sugar to bag and take home. The 1 not so great item was the bread pudding. Not quite moist enough. The sauce was great though. But problem solved when our conscious server brought some ice cream.
Price: 5 stars. Good pricing.
