Who would have guessed we could find food this interesting in Altamonte Springs? Certainly took my fiancé and me by surprise. Happy Hour is at 4:00, with great wine/sangria prices, but it's the array of flavors in the tapas that leads us to place five stars here. Each of the five tapas we tried ranks five stars, including the two from the happy hour menu. Staff timed the delivery of our five selections, perfectly. Pictured below is (was) my favorite ... chef featured scallop.

Ate here for lunch today. Tapas... exceptional! Amazing Burrata cheese, tomato and basil bruschetta, pincho murmuro and portabella puffed pastries. Of course we sipped on delicious Sangria while consuming all the above. And the perfect ending, bread pudding. Exceptional service and lovely atmosphere.

The servers are always friendly and happy to be with customers. Great atmosphere.
The food is very creative- cevice with large chunks of fish, very fresh and delicious. Mojo pork tacos are delicious. Shrimp with chorizo truly fantastic. Small plates and lots of variety.
4-6 pm every day all wines and spirits are half price. Also after 10pm to closing on weekends.
Really a great local restaurant with beautiful decor and an upscale ambience. The artwork is very interesting and definitely noteworthy.

Wonderful, romantic, delicious! Carpaccio, lamb shanks, flambing cheese, and bread pudding all to die for. It doesn't get better than this. Great, pleasant waitress too.

We have come to Santiago's a number of times and NEVER disappointed. The food is tasty, when you are thinking of something different, the servers have always been pleasant and solicitous of our comfort. We have had the dates stuffed with goat cheese, you only get five, but then you wouldn't want to make a meal of these. Next came the mushrooms with bacon and a stuffing. I mean you could wrap bacon on leather and it would be great.i also had the short ribs. A little small for a portion but were are talking tapas here.
This pace is definitely worth a try with outdoor as well as indoor seating.
