Clean, convenient, affordable option close to the parks (walking distance). Loved the full breakfast, pools, and hot tub. Best Western quality is consistent-the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and smelled fresh, and the breakfast buffet included healthy options.

Walking distance to Downtown Disney & Anaheim Convention Center. Location is on a BUSY main road. Lots of revving engines & sirens.
No curtains on windows, just blinds that do not close completely. We did have housekeeping peaking into our window and at one point during our stay housekeeping did enter the room even with the "privacy please" door hanger in place. This was very off-putting knowing they had peaked in, saw we were gone, and entered anyway.
I have contacted Management and received a typical response "we'll look into it."
Breakfast was the highlight of the motel. Rooms are rather dark, dreary. It is simply a motel.

The worst customer service by the manager CJ. He could not care less that we’d travelled all the way from New Zealand & wanted an extra rollaway to get a good nights sleep. His attitude was disgusting & disrespectful. The breakfast was only processed crap. I’d give it a 0 if I could & will be telling all my Kiwi friends to avoid it. Meant to be the happiest place on earth but got treated like second class citizens. Try harder CJ!
Hello, I am sorry to hear about your most recent experience. Unfortunately, we could not accommodate 2 rollaways in one room. This is a fire and safety hazard. We tried our best to assist you with the extra rollaway solution. We want to make sure that all guests have a safe experience. We hope that you have a safe trip back to New Zealand. We did provide you with the rollaway bed for the room with 2 queen beds. Another rollaway would block the exit. All rooms on property are standard size. Take care and thank you for staying with us.
Great location to Disney! Room was slightly outdated, had issues with cable. Pool area was nice, and staff was friendly.

We stayed here recently for one night on a trip to Disneyland. There was 5 of us in one room, 2 doubles and a pull out bed for my son. The rooms were clean and spacious and the pool area was amazing! Perfect for a family stay. We wished we were spending longer there but were setting off to Las Vegas the next day. Highly recommend this lovely hotel
