Do NOT stay here unless you are certain you do not need to cancel your reservation. I reserved 4 nights in June for November. Agreed to the deposit of $929.30 charge to my card. Also agreed to having until October to cancel my reservation. I canceled the reservation July 15, still NO refund after numerous calls to the Hotel. They opened a case. Confirmed with an email. Only to find out when I followed up, the case number in the email wasn't even a valid case number. Called front desk again early last week. They apologized and said they just now processed it. Still NO credit to my card. They are quick to charge your card, not so quick to return your money.

The property was beautiful. The rooms were clean. The pool was very nice and had two hot tubs on the side. Everybody was very friendly and polite. Housekeeping was available 24/7. I used their service every day. They have a restaurant on site, and pick-up is also available. Great visit.

Stay far away. Hotel is dated, dirty and well overdue for demolishing. “Refurbishment” is supposedly underway - so expect drilling above your head at 7am! There’s no notice of this on the hotel website or on checkin. One expects Hilton to have minimum standards. This hardly meets three star quality if you are lucky
