Overall this hotel is ok, not great and less than what was expected for a good neighbor hotel of disneyland. We had a few problems, nothing terrible, just annoying. I have detailed the pros and cons we experienced.
The pros: comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in room, decent size bathroom, ART bus location is right outside
The cons: door handle was almost impossible to open, had to have management give us the tip that you have to do a trick to open it, bathroom toilet was breaking so constantly were concerned it would overflow or not flush, you can hear everything from the hallways and next door rooms it was very noisy with crying kids especially at midnight when trying to sleep (I am not super picky and it was very loud), icemaker was broken on our floor, coffee stand was never able to make anything more than just brewed coffee despite menu listings (and the brewed coffee was not good), the restaurant and bar closed at 9pm and so after a long day at disneyland was never able to actually enjoy anything there, the ART bus never showed up on time and would then not be able to accommodate everyone who was waiting for it (this is probably more of the ART issue than the hotels problem), they didnt have daily maid service which is fine but with the all wood floors and long days if you forgot to get towels at front desk each night it was kind of a pain.
So just beware that it is less than what is advertised on website and don't have very high expectations.
