Super disappointed. Pics and map are not a true depiction of this camp site. Customer service was lacking, registration open limited hours, pool open limited hours, no jacuzzi open, no pool/recreation room open, went with our family who occupied 4 separate locations and literally had to drive to other camp sites and the pool, no real grass areas most camp sites on dirt areas, it was a definite disappointment. Won't be back, will continue with my KOA membership.

I stayed in my RV. very disappointed of overall appearance and lack of usable electrical stands. post are painted red meaning no power and I found some that weren't red but they had no power. you have to check the electrical before you pull into a site and get set up, I found out the hard way.
April 30-May2. Wife and I with our two pups enjoyed a peaceful stay at Soledad. Staff was hmm welcoming and helpful. We had no issues with the facility and understood the resort was making some renovations. Looking forward to visiting in the future. We stayed in space 87 large shade tree, two bars (Verizon), great view of sunset.
We visited Agua Dulce, Vasquez Rocks and Placerita Canyon Nature Center.

Nothing other than what I already commented. We understand that the facilities were under construction and that the summer season hours are not in play in the spring. Some of your amenities/guest facilities closed a little early for us.
We made the cut to full-time RVing! While we did do our homework and saw a few negative reviews, the resort is certainly not that way now. Lots of renovations happening and the staff is great. Cell service is spotty--Verizon has the best signals and coverage is best in area N. Subscription Wi-Fi is available through Solidad Canyon Broadband throughout the park.
They're just opening the summer facilities, small but well-stocked store, plenty of activities, brand new basketball and pickle-ball courts. Pools and plenty of trails. Propane service on-site. 2 miles from Acton with a decent supermarket. A few good restaurants just down the road too. Freight and Metrolink trains come by a few times a day, but if you've picked a site furthest from the tracks, you hardly notice (if you didn't pick a site far from the tracks, that's on you! lol).
Staff very helpful, and everything kept clean. Security is great; patrols at night & gated access.
