I loved this Stay!!! Well worth it!!!!! Can't wait to visit the other sites! Clean bathrooms .internet was working u have 2 pay 4 it though but it dosent cost much! The pool was still open and clean. Thank you!More

Great campground. Well kept and good amenities. Very peaceful, with beautiful views of the mountains all around. Some of the hookups had malfunctions. Overall, glad we visited here! Kids really enjoyed it!

I like the physical grounds of the site, but staff has gotten lazy with limited hours for lodge use, no activities, no Country Store, no food. Not much to do there. Other Thousand Trails sites have at least made an effort, despite Covid protocols, to open some things up and make it more than a pretty place to park your RV.

The biggest issue was the site had low voltage multiple times throughout the day. We can monitor the voltage to our coach, and often it would drop down in the 90's volts AC where our system would divorce us from your pedestal post to save our electronics. This happened so much that we went out and purchased a Hughes Autotransformer to boost up the voltage, and even with that it tripped off at times. And, it had nothing to do with what was running in our RV. It was the park.
Trash in the RV resort is a big problem. We picked up a full 13 gallon trash bag of trash at our site when we first arrived. Throughout the RV park there is so much trash in the bushes, and river bed. It looks like a overwhelming task to get it all cleaned up by the staff, because it has been ignored for so long.
Staff interactions with the front desk staff (one male team member specifically) was not customer focused. He didn't seem to want to be talking to us, and his answers to our question about why the water was shut off at our site (unannounced) were indifferent and never made eye contact with us.
You may be putting lots of money into the park in upgrades, but it doesn't appear that the management of those upgrades and repairs of the current infrastructure are managed effectively to least impact the camper, and be completed in an efficient manner (sorry, my evaluation is from my project management experience)

Place was dirt and run down. Looked like a old trailer park! So many long term campers with trash and junk around their units we did not feel safe. Aster driving through we pulled out. We will never return to this camp ground if you would call it that.

Stayed in late November 2021 for two nights. We enjoyed the stay. It is a large park and a few more signs might be helpful. They were upgrading certain area but only during regular business hours. The security was tight which is a good thing but was tough on guests coming for a surprise visit. The sights were large and level on the upper level where we stayed. The pool was open the hot tub was not. We would stay again if in the area.
