No TV. Poor cell service. WiFi at lodges only and you have to pay for it. Too cold for pool to be open. Infrastructure is in need of repair. Many sites have broken down power. Many have non working sewers. Bathrooms in our area are old and dirty.

Upon arrival they wanted proof the truck and fifth wheel were properly insured. They wanted to do a walk around the unit to ensure it wasn't broken down.

To top it all off we are next to a busy train track. Oh, there's no open fires too! Too dry.

Bottom line is it needs a lot of work and it needs to be done yesterday or Thousand Trails should remove it.

It is a well known fact that Thousand Trails is a "not the best, not the worst" system of parks... but this was the worst, by far. If you are in the area, it's worth paying to stay somewhere else. If you do decide to stay... make sure you have a surge protector and monitor your systems.

The park employees that we interacted with showed little interest in us or our concerns. While some upgrades since our most previous stays are evident, there is still much that should be done to spruce the park up.

Very friendly and kind staff. Helpful' and accept packages sent to me. NO MAIL!! ($2/ package pick up fee, which is reasonable. Quiet, secluded, yet "Urban Needs" are three minutes drive away. I like the "Q" section on the riverside.

The site we finally stayed at was nice but it took a while to get there. The map was upside down and hard to read. Several sites were without power. Hopefully the property will get the upgrades it needs as it is a great piece of land.
